Ideas To Make Your Wedding Special

Ideas To Make Your Wedding Special

Weddings are a time for people to come together and celebrate the union of their friends and family as they embark on a new chapter of their lives. From the moment the wedding vows have been said, you and your new spouse’s lives are changed forever as you move forward as one.
Because your wedding is going to be one of the most important days of your entire life, you will most likely want it to be as unique and as special as possible. Your wedding is a great time to really add your own personality into the design, so coming up with some fun and interesting ideas can really go a long way. Fortunately, there are several great ideas to make your wedding special and a little different from the other ones you have been to recently. Every bride is a little different, but some of these ideas should get you started in the right direction to planning your own wedding perfectly.

Sky Diving

Though skydiving is something that many couples will simply not be able to pull off, I figured I’d start my list with something really over the top. If you want your wedding to be the most unforgettable experience of your and your friends’ lives, doing something incredibly crazy like skydiving is a really great way to achieve that mission. It’s hard to think of anything as wild or crazy as jumping out of a plane to say your vows, but this is just meant to serve as an example. If you don’t want to go sky diving, you could do something equally unique such as scuba diving or hand gliding and get the same “wow” factor.

Wedding Sparklers

Though it seems tame in comparison to sky diving, you can bring a lot of fun to your wedding celebration by handing out sparklers to your guests for their enjoyment. Whether you have a larger plan for using wedding sparklers at your reception or you just plan to give them to your guests to use as they wish, sparklers are fun for people of any age. There are several popular ways to use sparklers at weddings such as in your send-off line or by writing words in the air and taking photographs, but the options are virtually endless. Don’t be afraid to be creative or let your guests use their imaginations to use sparklers to make your magical day the best it can be.

Build your own Bloody Mary Bar

For most couples, alcohol and a wedding reception go together perfectly. All across the world, serving drinks to your friends and family after the ceremony is over has become a tradition that your guests are likely to expect. Since most of your guests are going to be hungry when they get to the reception hall and there will probably be a delay before you serve them dinner, offering something like a build-your-own Bloody Mary bar can help stave off their hunger while still providing them drinks. A Bloody Mary usually is full of munchies such as celery, pickles, cheese, and even beef sticks while at the same time giving them the vodka that they want to drink. A Bloody Mary bar can offer your guests a great snack while they enjoy a few drinks at the same time.
